Our agency opened in 2022 and is home to a team of four. My journey with State Farm began long before that — I worked as a team member for eight years and come from a strong State Farm family. My father, uncles, and husband are all part of the organization, so becoming an agent was something I always knew I wanted to do.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mandi Vote - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
